Terms & Conditions

Last updated: September 2026 · Applies to naturalskempapura.in and appointments booked through it

These terms apply when you use this website or book a service with Naturals Unisex Salon Kempapura, an independently operated franchise outlet of the Naturals salon brand at Coffee Board Layout, Hebbal Kempapura, Bengaluru. By browsing this site or booking with us, you agree to the terms below.

Bookings and appointments

• Submitting the booking form or messaging us on WhatsApp is a request for an appointment, not a confirmed slot — our team will call or message you to confirm the date and time.
• Walk-ins are welcome subject to stylist availability; booking ahead is recommended on weekends and evenings.
• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call us as early as possible so we can offer the slot to another customer.

Pricing

Prices shown on this website are starting prices and may vary based on hair length, product used, stylist seniority, and any add-on services. Final pricing is always confirmed at the salon before your service begins.

Services

We use trained stylists and Naturals-branded products for hair, skin, and grooming services. Please tell our staff about any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions before a service so they can advise you appropriately — some treatments (colouring, chemical treatments, certain facials) may not be suitable for everyone.

Website use

This website is provided to help you learn about our services and book an appointment. We aim to keep information accurate and up to date, but pricing, offers, and hours may change without prior notice — please confirm details by phone if in doubt.

Limitation of liability

While we take care in delivering our services, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or from a service received at the salon, except where such liability cannot be excluded under Indian law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
